Availability of the MABC can change on an hourly basis!
It's important that before you confirm your plans, you
call the Girl Scout Center at 847-741-5521, Ext. 7146 to
verify that your dates are still available.
Additionally, your dates are NOT CONFIRMED until you
have submitted the appropriate application on the
forms
section of this Web site along with your $50 deposit and
have received a confirmation letter from the Girl Scout
Center. Application and deposit MUST BE RECEIVED by the
Girl Scout Center at least
3 WEEKS PRIOR to your requested dates. Your $50 deposit
will be held until we receive the appropriate forms back
at the Girl Scout Center (in your confirmation letter).
IF YOU CHANGE DATES OR CANCEL ALL OR PART OF YOUR
RESERVATION WITH LESS THAN 3 WEEKS NOTICE, YOU
WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT.
Additionally, please note that the troop must ensure
that a certified first-aider must be present at the
facility when the group arrives. You will need to send
us a copy of your first-aider's current First-Aide/CPR
card 2 WEEKS PRIOR to you camping date.
Mary Ann Beebe Center * is a troop camp facility located on 295 acres near Harvard, Illinois.
