Based on the values
of the
Girl Scout Promise and Law, girls
participate in a variety of fun, age-specific program activities
that encourage leadership and develop self-esteem, while helping
them to
discover their personal best and prepare for a
positive future. This cycle of activities is directly tied to
specific outcomes such as: valuing cultural diversity and
individual uniqueness; educating and inspiring others; and
making a difference and
taking action through community service.

Girl Scouts of all
program levels have a wide variety of council-sponsored
activities available to them from our Program Booklet.
These activities supplement the troop experience and give the
girls an opportunity to connect with other girls
in the council.
Make New Friends
Any girl referring a friend to Girls Scouts will receive a Make
New Friends patch if the friend joins. If you do not already
have a sign-up form, contact Johanna at 847-741-5521, Ext. 7118
